In the school that I am working (north east India), the students are responsible to keep their classrooms clean. The sweeper sweeps only the common areas. Also, we don't hit our students.We give them punishments but not corporal punishment. Letting the student talk more in the classroom is what we do. An interactive class.

in south India some school start from morning 9 to evening 4 (my school use to), PT teacher make students to stand according to height (smaller to taller) then he give seat , so that smaller students can sit in front and can see black board easily taller back bench.... corner side of first bench is reserved for specs students.

But in Northeast India Imphal, Manipur we use to seat in a long wooden benches with 4 or 5 students and we separated into three sections A,B and C in one class the total students are about 65 or 75 even if we separated into 3 section. And in our school they are only upto 10 grade and we total students are more than 2000 people.please search in KZbin (St.George High School,Wangkhei) our school name.👍

In Malaysia, we clean our classroom, we do discipline Teacher, our class 7.30-2pm.we eat in canteen as well
