If someone wants to do farming, he may register a company and do the same. Russia is the largest grain exporter in the world apart from other cash crops, fruits and vegetables.

The Krasnodar Territory is the best for farming. But unfortunately now only people holding Russian passport can do it. The new rule started from 2021.The region you are saying Next to sochi. Belorachnsk.. It's garbage dumping area.. So it's not advisable to do anything there.
