Few corrections I would like to offer: Gorkha is basically more like a tribe than a nationality. Not every citizen of Nepal is considered a gorkha. Gorkhas are also found in different regions in India like some part of Uttarakhand, HP and WB. (Darjeeling and Kalimpong districts in West Bengal are majorly populated by gorkhas.)

There are lot of people from Nepal who are Gurkha Regiment in India and Britain. Gurkha Army was originated from Nepal whose founder was Prithivi Narayan Shah, we are proudly loyal to our work! ❤🎉

Today's Indian and Pakistani army were created by the British to protect them from Indians and not the other way around. It is these Gorkhas who were used in Jallianwala Bagh massacre and to fight against Indian freedom fighters right from 1857 sepoy mutiny to INA in the 1940s. These facts are missing from our history books and rarely anyone talks about.

And so were Sikhs and many other from different ethnic groups were used against Indians. As a Gorkha, I condemn what they did and shouldn’t have done that but they were following orders (which they shouldn’t)…. Having said that, we Gorkhalis are loyal to the nation and have contributed immensely in our nations security and sacrificed countless lives to protect Bharat (and will continue to do so)
