That’s the case for most big displacement air-cooled v-twins unfortunately.

@Bozo-squid that is one of the reasons why I ride a 2024 Honda Rebel 1100T !! Roughly 520lbs while pushing 80hp and 70lbs of torque. Feels just as fast as my 2020 Yamaha MT10 felt minus the 150mph top speed ofc.

If I were to ever buy a cruiser the rebel 1100 would be close to the top of the list for sure! Good call! 💪

@@lopezdad30I own this chieftain and the rebel 1100 he reviewed, and I can tell you they really aren’t comparable they both serve different purposes for me, the rebel is great I love it for short rides but the chieftain is the goat for long rides.
