Wow. Thanks Paul. (I was never any good at geometry 😂) but I can get the gist from watching closely. So healthy for the shoulders! I had frozen shoulder syndrome once and used Indian Clubs to heal and my PT guy said it was the fastest he’d ever seen anyone come out of the frozen shoulder!

I like your description - geometry - I have never considered that, but it is geometry for sure. I'm glad to hear that Indian Clubs helped to heal your frozen shoulder. Clubs are very effective when used correctly.
