glad that I found your channel, thanks for making these!! My dad is a woodturner and I asked him to make me 2 clubs to start. 750grams is good to start with I assume?

Paul you are still the master of Persian Mills and Indians Clubs. You are an inspiration. Where it not for your video lectures, and demonstrations I would likely have given up . Thank you for sharing your training wisdom.

You're an inspiration! I cured myself from a chronic condition as i feared death after i realized that i had piles. I completely changed my diet by eating only fruits & salads for 9 months. After this i was on a juice fast for 103 days....Now I'm completely healthy at 38 yrs. of age. I'd suggest you to read "Fasting Can Save Your Life" by Herbert M. Shelton. All healing happens by the life force within.....ultimate truth. Nothing is impossible.

These are great videos. I just subscribed to you today after watching a video of yours about your mistakes in the past purchasing and getting involved in swinging clubs. Your recommendations have me thinking of getting a pair of 1-2 lb clubs off of Amazon. Today I am exactly 1 month post prostectomy and feeling pretty well learning to live with a couple challenges and would like to start getting back into good form.

I trust that your recovery is progressing well. Indian Clubs are excellent to get moving on an on going basis.

Hi Joanne, I have two online courses that you can access at www.indianclubsacademy.com, or we can arrange one-on-one video training if you'd prefer. We need to work out our time zones to organise online tuition, where do you live.

So the goal is to be a bit higher while doing the mills and swings?
@Wolkowinski4 ай бұрын
The idea is to use the full range of motion of the shoulder girdle. Reach for the sky.

Im new to clubs. It looks almost the same. Wished there was an explanation.🤔🍻✌🏽
@hollowdusk4 ай бұрын
The right way is full extension of the arms and lifting as high as possible. The wrong way doesn’t use the full mobility of the shoulders. So extend those arms and reach behind as far as possible when the clubs are behind the head
@TrapPhoneLoveMelodiesss4 ай бұрын
Same thing I was thinking
@bombasticcat4 ай бұрын
if you compare the way of travel between the right and the wrong one you can see a clear difference. So it moves faster with the same movements and is in the end more efficently. explanation is probably just practise and using full range of motion while mimicing the movements.
@6kunio84 ай бұрын
From what I can tell, it looks like it's mainly the amount of shoulder range in the movements. The "right" way seems like the shoulder is going through a wider range of motion with the swings being wider and more extended, where the "wrong" version looks a bit lethargic/lazy. If that makes any sense
@varanid94 ай бұрын
I'm guessing the title of the video gives us the meaning. The "wrong" technique isn't different, just incomplete. The figure on the left is going through further and more thoroughly with the movement.
