Potato-2 or 3
Beetroot 1 small
carrot 1 small(optional)
Oil
Onion-1
Ginger-1 tspn
Green chilli-1
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
Chilli powder-1/2 tspn
Garam masala-1/2 tspn
Rusk /Breah crumbs-2 tablespoon
Salt
Maida-3 tablespoon
Water
Rusk/Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
