Yes, bro its important to walk after dinner for the food to digest properly minimum u should walk 40 foot steps after dinner. and plus walking after eating dinner hepls u to stay away from belly fat. :)

Tarun, I think you should stop taking interviews these people. They dont know anything about science. They dont have any plans for competition except steroid usage and they are utterly rely on drugs.. No body is gonna learn anything from them, we came across these people on daily basis in our gyms. This guy comparing BCAA with Mausmi and talking about Fiber. Better work on your videos which enlighten people about training, nutrition, life style etc. I would suggest you to stop taking interviews of those people. I think you know the rest. Needless to say anymore.

high reps workout will increase ur muscle endurance not ur muscle strenght, ders a big difference.... and neither it will give u muscle hypertrophy coz d workload is too less while performing high reps.....Workload depends on Poundage, reps, rep range(range of motion). for having muscle hypertrophy u got to have heavy poundage wid 4-8 reps and wid full rep range.. and lemme tell u d burning sensation u feeel while doing high reps is jus the lactic acid formation in ur muscle....

for people who like hypertrophy ,there's this quote,"A useful body will always look good but a body that looks good is not always useful." with that being said I wonder when in India people will start giving importance to strength training and just focusing on compound movements and olympic lifts.Youngsters today focus on aesthetics and beautification of muscles ,I wonder if this guy could deadlift or squat double bodyweight and that's why there are very low number of olympic medals in the weightlifting domain. young guys look upto these fitness models and instead of teaching them strength training and muscle functionality this guy advocates the use of juice . I humbly appeal to all the boys that the world is tough and in order to survive u should learn to be a man and inorder to do so forget about hypertrophy u need to lift heavy ass weights and focus on muscle functionality.
