I got hip to Fenugreek seeds about two years ago. I was always told it was good for clearing up dark spots on your skin. When you drink it come to find out it did clear up my skin, but it grew the hell out of my hair also . ladies if you are going to drink your seed water get you some clippers or some razors, because not only does it grow the hair on your head really fast it grows hair everywhere else on your body…😂. my daughter just told me to say to y’all. if you wear fake lashes, you won’t have to wear them no more Also my best friend is from India, and she gave me a couple secrets on how they grow and maintain their hair if you have a problem with weak strands split ends curry leaves boil on the stove just like she’s doing with these seeds spray the water in your hair or you can just drop the dry leaves in some oil they prefer coconut oil, until the leaves turn brown and use it that way my hair haven’t been this long since I was little and for me, it’s because I followed the Indian hair care regiment. before y’all come at me ,the same way I came at her 😂but no you do not have to be an Indian, or Middle Eastern, or European to use their hair care products because the products they use is straight herbs anyway for all types of hair, FYI. Did y’all know Bay leaves is good for your hair too. I know that was a lot, but I love to share hair care secrets with people because these things really worked for my hair. I want all my sistas to have long hair since they saying black girls can grow hair. Bra strap length ✅ Next waist length in progress

I had COVID that lasted a good 12 days. I thought I was fine but I started to lose more hair than normal. Following some research, I am realizing it’s from the strain my body had during that time period and also due to the shampoo I had been using. So I began doing yoga and meditation daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And today I don't face any hair fall. Thanks for this video! I feel so much more at peace.

I am using Liitlleeextra Cocooniooon shampoo for 5 months now and have gone through 4 bottles so far. Pros: 1. The hair shampoo feels natural. 2. Hair feels good after wash, especially if you don’t apply any hair oil. 3. Hair fall has reduced a lot gradually. 4. The scalp feels clean and it definitely works on dandruff. Cons: 1. Doesn't produce much lather, which means you might need to use a bit more. 2. When I heavily oil my hair, I notice my hair remains somewhat sticky after washing, and a little oil can still be felt.

I put fenugreek powder to my black rice water, damn my hair is so full and grow a lot. I don't wash out, I use as leave-in 15/012021. Updated Now I use organic fenugreek leaves, with clove, and peppermint oil. Its way better than, black rice or fenugreek powder. My hair grow a lot also I have more volume. I boiled the fenugreek leaves and clove together and let set until next day. I put in spray bottle, with peppermint oil. I spray into my hair 3 to 4 times a week. And I sell to my friends.

I finally figured out how to mask fenugreek smell by an inspired idea. For a few years on and off I tried and failed to use fenugreek but the smell was too much for me...even to drink. Mountain rose had the seeds on deep discount so I just had to give it a try.. once more. Holding the seeds in my hand asking out loud "how am I going to use them?? My eyes landed on my rosewater spray bottle which I use for face misting or on hair...I put in a small amount to cover the bottom of rosewater bottle..Viola! No smell! I use it as a daily hair mist on scalp mainly but on hair also. I have bought rosewater concentrate to make my own rosewater and will eventually buy the rose essential oil for a potent blend. Thanks for your video, it inspired me to try fenugreek one more time. I will also grind them up and use in oatmeal, cereals and baked muffin recipe to get the benefits internally

I like to do this after I shampoo in sections and apply it to clean hair before putting in my deep conditioner and using my heat cap. Some people use it throughout the week but my hair doesn’t like cold water so I wouldn’t prefer it due to the fact you have to refrigerate it after if you choose to reuse it.

FAQs *Do you rinse the tea out?* I do not rinse the tea out. I leave it on my hair, style and go. *How long do you leave it on the hair?* Until I wash my hair. I tend to wash my hair once a week. So it would stay on my hair for a week. The only time that would change is if I hit the gym and I feel that my hair needs to be washed sooner. You'd have to be the judge for how long you leave it on your hair. The key thing is to pay attention to how your hair and scalp are feeling and act accordingly. Most of us tend to know when our hair is dirty and needs to be clean. *Does it leave the hair feeling sticky?* No. I absolutely can't so sticky icky its just grosses me out. *My tea smells funny, has it gone bad?* Most Likely, YES if the maple syrup smell has changed that a key indicator that it has or is going rancid. Due to the high water content and lack of preservative bacteria will start to grow(at an exponential rate ) Unless Frozen!! One of the first signs of it going bad is a change in color and smell. If it smells bad toss it, don't take that chance! *What do I do with the seeds after?* I toss them. Some people let them sprout and then eat them. I am by no means suggesting you do the same. If you choose to do so speak with your doctor first!

@@josephinasimwa7730 Like I mentioned in the video to my chemosensory system it smells like maple syrup I've heard other people say to them it smells like curry. It all comes down how your mind interprets the fragrance and no I've never been told I smell =) and hopefully, you haven't either but if you are worried that you do or will smell but still would like to use it for the benefits adding an essential oil with a fragrance you like is an easy fix.

My hair was in twist for 3 weeks so I used my fenugreek spritz for 3 weeks. I made it with aloe vera and I didn't add anything to it. I definitely noticed a huge difference in shedding. I have some more in the fridge that I stored in a different container and I noticed it was a lil brown but I used it anyway. I will throw it away and make a new batch but Do you recommend that I wash my hair out before I start using the new batch?

I am so happy I found your channel, I hope these hair teas are good for all hair types, I’m Caucasian and my hair is going through some craziness right now, it’s typically fine and wavy but now I have grays growing in and so it’s a mixture of fine and course, ugh 😑 I can’t wait to try some of these teas as soon as I can pick up these ingredients from the store. Oh and my hair has become significantly thinner 😭😭 I’m 55 so whatever help I can get is so appreciated 😊😊

I noticed less shedding after the first rice water treatment. I then shampooed and conditioned and then added lco method and bagged my hair for a few hours, within three weeks I was surprised how the whole of my thinning hair at the top had thickened to match my edges, I am on my second treatment now but this week I have added garlic and onion juice. I only did this yesterday but I noticed amazing curl definition... I don't use rice water as a leave in, I ferment it 24 hours, shake it strain it and apply it for 30 minutes and bag it,
