Okay I got some more praises for Lucas. Not only is he a great host but he's an even better guest. Notice when he interviews people he does not interrupt them when they are answering. So many hosts will always want to jump in with what they know trying to impress. There's only one other food host that comes to mind when I think of non-intrusive interviewers, Anthony Bourdain. He too has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of food but yet he still always let's the experts explain and talk. Like I said, great hosts but even better guests. Number one rule when visiting establishments, countries or homes, be a good guest! Thanks for being great Lucas!

I (partially) grew up in Italy, and I want to try this pizza! It looks awesome. There's a lot of pizza parlors run by Indians where I'm living now, and they also sell curries. But none of them has ever thought of actually combining the flavors. The Godfather of Indian Pizza is a genius!

TallerYT Zante's opened in 1986. Im from the UK and aged 48 and can remember eating takeaway tikka/korma pizzas as a kid, aged 7-8, so we are talking around the mid to late 70's. Even before that, they where widely available from the Indian/Pizza takeaways in larger towns/cities (I live in a small backwater town).

I am an Indian. We don't put cauliflower in pizza. Our sauces for the pizza is different it tastes like salsa but sweet and contains onion, capsicum , tomato and spices . It works as the topping also.

Even though He called it a monstrosity to put cheese inside the crust of the pizza, it’s pretty popular where I live. Obviously I don’t like it, but somehow other people do.
