Be it east africa, north america, middle east, south east asia and even australia new zealand. Our movies and our food constitute our soft power as a nation. Thanks for your contribution to that.

For the Baigan Bharta, the eggplant is smothered with oil and it goes directly on the burner (on naked flame) till it's charred on the outside and soft and mushy inside. Crucial step for making Baigan bharta gives it that distinct smokey flavour 😄

Experimentation and Evolution of food is always welcome and when everything comes right together , it's fantastic . These guys at Sherkhan seem to be doing a great job . Except for Pav Bhaji , all the foods have a different look . This is Indian food with international visual. That fried Okra could impress the Japanese , while the Cheese Naan looks like authentic Italian . Rice and Curry would please a hardcore Mexican . ( Don't tell anyone , but Pav Bhaji is actually an Indian Portuguese fusion dish 😉. You have tried so many Indian foods and I have observed your instincts are very accurate 😄 Yes, your instinct is right about Ribs , they are not a part of Indian cuisine but Kebabs take their place . Great video guys, Sherkaan surely looks impressive ! For the Pav Bhaji, as you guys asked - the Bhaji is just like a chilli but without meat and beans. It’s a blend of different vegetables (potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, peas, capsicum, tomatoes, etc) that are cooked, mashed and then tempered in butter and spices.

The wonderfully fact about Indian food is that you get to eat lot more types of veggies without even realising it 😂😂 . Once i ate street foods whole day , at night i realised , oh i didnt eat any meat or non veg today 😂

I'm sure its because of the ribs. We knew there would be some who disliked because of the pork. We still feel very appreciated!!
