We started our street food tour of Indian street food in Kolkata by going for an early brunch, by eating a huge thali platter feast, at a famous Indian restaurant that cooked so many amazing thali indian recipes in their Kitchen. You can order so many varieties of Thali, like bengali thali, rajasthani thali, gujarati thali, and more! The variety of Thali is truly amazing!
After that amazing Bengali Indian lunch, we went to have a huge Bengali LUNCH feast at 6 Ballygunge restaurant. The selection of BENGALI lunch dishes was amazing, something you must experience!

Indian food is most expensive if u try it from other countries rather than India....because the spices which we use are naturally cultivated here in our country...but others need to import those exotic spices to make our Indian dishes....Due to that long process the Indian dishes outside India end up becoming expensive

Please come North east Manipur you will get food here in banana leaf not only that the meitei brahmans cook delicious vegetarian food you will also get more than 100 varieties of Dishes just in one Banana leaf and you will surely leak your mouth. Not only that once you hit the street market you will get Manipur famous Sinju, Different varieties of pakoda and many more so please come and visit northeast Manipur People are so simple here. You will also get Non veg Dishes that you will surely leak your mouth for sure. They cook with less spices but will be So much spicy that you want to eat more and more.

Fried Egg Yup its so good especially eaten fresh when it is warm. You do get canned Gulab Jamuns abroad, you warm it in the microwave and serve it with chilled ice cream and a drizzle of it own juice and some chopped nuts/pistachios for a fancy dessert.

Lovely video :) however just wanted to point out, the momos are Tibetan, however the momos you get in Kolkata are the Nepalese version (more particularly the types that are made by the Nepali/Tibetan origin inhabitants in Darjeeling/Kalimpong/Sikkim - which is in north bengal)
