Indian Street Food - The BIGGEST Scrambled Egg Ever!

To all you Americans, just try this for yourself. Give this recipe a benefit of doubt (I am from South India) and make this all the time. 2 Eggs Paprika/Chilli Powder - 2tsps Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp 1 medium onion - sliced fine 1 medium tomato - diced Oil - 1tsp - 2tsp Coriander leaves - cut fine Green chillies - sliced in two Salt - As per taste Heat oil in a non stick saucepan. Cook the onions until a light golden. Add the spices and stir. Now, add the diced tomato and stir for a minute. Now add the eggs, green chillies and stir your guts out. Cook those damn eggs until they are NOT runny. Finally, turn off the heat and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy.

Sabrina Sykes when people use saffron, it's usually in a fairly limited quantity for many reasons not least of which as somebody pointed out, it's very expensive. That there is some good ol chilli powder and dry roasted spice powder called Garam Masala.

The Chilli which he added in the video is known as *KASHMIRI CHILLI* which is very less spicy and is therefore mainly used to provide the colour to the food, so don't worry it won't taste so spicy :)
