I'm in Illinois, Michael Madigan and his cronies destroyed racing in Illinois. Arlington Park (International racecourse) is closed forever. It was home to the very first $1M race. He didn't want machines at racetracks. Probably because he couldn't collect taxes on slot machines. If this tax dollar amount is correct(?) He is more corrupt than I had even imagined.
