the choice to have the full Axis (Germany, Japan and Italy) as possible enemy NPCs is pretty clever for this. My first thought was that the game runs the risk of just having mediocre SS soldiers as the enemies and being confused with every other WW2 shooter or Wolfenstein game, which were already heavily inspired by Indiana Jones movies in their own right

Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine being the 1st 3D Indiana Jones game on PC will always be my personal favorite over any current or future Indiana Jones video game, because I'm an old school gamer myself and I admire older PC games more than modern video games in general. If you haven't played Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine from 1999 on PC yet, I recommend that you check it out. It is pure Indy from the golden age of LucasArts before Disney had to fuck it up years later.
