I played Chronicles of Riddick before so the game play here will be fantastic as FPS view is more immerse then full on 3rd person view. I do like the 3rd person view when it changes like hanging off the cliff or something too.

It's amazing how much Troy got his voice to sound like Indiana Jones. My biggest gripe is the first person. Third person is much easier to navigate plus you want to see the character your playing, even more so when it's Indiana Jones.

Well, at least you see the character in cutscenes and during traversal. First person just allows for more intimate interactions and shit. Just pirate Chronicles of Riddick or wait until this game's release, since the first-person style is a great thing. This is not a hit against you, but it's pretty easy to navigate in first person if you have object permanence, and it makes stealth more difficult which is cool.

Really? I think it would be pretty bloody lazy if MachineGames were told by corporate to copy Tomb Raider or some shit with the 3rd person view and other aspects. Play the next Tomb Raider if you want a familiar adventure game, while plenty of others including me will play this more unique take on an action-adventure.
