Hi Wali, Love your videos but this one was sub-par. Why? If DXB operations are moving, then the size of current DXB cannot justify to keep the operations running for charters. Chaters are done by UltraHNI's - the new Palm JAli is an ideal destination for UHNI's with access to the new airport. Visitors want entertainment In the evenings after meetings at Expo Trade Center, visitors want entertainment. JBR, Marina, BlueWaters offer that now & in future Palm JA. Let's not forget by 2030 Dubai will have a casino & could be between Burj Arab and Palm Jebel Ali. The new cruise terminal bringing in tourist with spending power is at Dubai Harbour / Emaar Beachfront. The whole discussion that Dubai Island will be a tourist hotspot is BS. Still a fan of your vids but this one was really disappointing. Let me know your views.

Well, so you agreed with most part of video and logic and because you think charter flights are for reach you call all video disapointing and Dubai Island bulshit. Ok got it ) First of all, better to go through defeinitions- touristic charter flights were discussed, not private flights, dont mix them please. Touristic charter flights arranged by touristic companies like Pegas, Coral travel etc Regrading will they keep airport or not - I aid its assumption and makes sense if you look at master plan and said i dont know exact plans. So please, be more kind with comments especialy when you are not sure about definitions .🤝

@@KamilMagRealEstate Your point makes a lot of sense Kamil, why would they just "delete" such a big airport, the cost of removing it alone would be insane. Maybe a mix of cargo and charter flights. And the land in the airport area isn't super expensive so no point in turning it into real estate. The only issue with Dubai islands might just be the noise quite loud in some areas...

@@Nicolas-rz7uc Thats what i was assuming , although I dont know for sure, if I were in their shoes I would do that - I would keep 1/3 of its sizw and capacity just for tourists ad redevelop remaining part
