But, agency is almost independent in its decision making and operations. 2) Its generates its own funds and can't be threatend by Bureau Cracy or Politicians by holding its funds etc. 3) Face of ISI and D-Agents come from Armed Forces. But, brain, back bone and majority of personnel are faceless devoted civilians. 4) No ISI agent has ever confessed and being presented in fronta world as arrested ISI Agent as they preffer Death before Disgrace.

Hi you 2, thanks for the generous comments on Pak facts (Masha'Allah). I just wanted to share my thought on the moenjoDaro and Harrappa Indus civilisation and the modern day 2 states. Islam has the highest and best acceptance in the Indus valley and then deep into eastern side of India. My own family's origin was Hindu (Bhatti). AlhumduLillah Islam was chosen for us and may its universal truth become known without bias. My point here is birth and culture are by accident but religion is by choice, its acceptance in the heart and mind. I'm a British Asian , my parents are from Pakistan over here we have the Mi5 which is one of the best. However, what makes ISI the best in the world is the fact that aside from its unique capabilities, its also above all laws in its own country. ISI controls Pakistan's internal and external affairs, provides war strategy to militants and even the prime minister cant intervene in its operations. The financial maintenance of ISI is rather less too which is why it doesn't require massive funding as the ISI agents are on normal salary. This could only be the case where you have extremely loyal agents who are not in the agency for greed but for a nationalistic/patriotic cause. So judging by these simple factors , it makes ISI the most powerful agency in the world. Mi5 are governed , just like CIA and the rest but ISI is self governed in terms of law and on top of that each agent is trained to fluently speak, read and right various multiple languages, trained for combat with and without ammunition, Cyber warfare/espionage , basically everything and so much more on top of that without any limits or restrictions. They do what they want , how they want and when or wherever they want without anyone in Pakistan holding them accountable. Whether ISI intend to do a good thing or a bad thing, they cant be held accountable. They also have a military who they instruct so if push came to shove a country would have to go to war with Pakistan if they had a problem with ISI. That is unbelievable amount of power - I never heard of any such thing anywhere else. Absolutely madness 😂😂😂
