The most fun and terrifying ride at dollywood is the texas sidewinder its a phome rubber bobsled that they have to weigh people to even distrurube the weight, no straps no safety bar you hold on tight and you think your going to end up in the trees when you take a curve but it makes it its we aint going to make it we aint going to make it then you make it then repeat

Dollywood is in pigeon forge tn its a tourest trap ity and dollywood is the only themepark still in tennessee, we use to have several but dolloywood the only one that remains but you dont just go to pigeon forge you take a short trip to the next city Gatlinburg and thats nothing but a tourist city but from there you head up into the smokey mountains

I went to a wedding there at a chapel in the mountains. Nobody told us it would take an hour and a half to get through the strip in Pigeon Forge at 5pm on a Friday. We nearly missed the wedding and were supposed to be there two hours early since my boyfriend was in the wedding!!! We should have done better research, but it was our first time there. Lesson learned!

Cinnamon can be strong and overbearing if there’s too much of it. I don’t know the young ladies name, but I guarantee you she would like that cinnamon bread because it’s just enough cinnamon to taste good without having that overly cinnamon taste.

Kettle corn is not caramelized corn like Josh said. It’s popcorn with a light amount of sugar. It’s not enough to be caramelized.

The apple pie at Dollywood is not the normal size apple pie you would have at home. It’s only that size because it’s a theme park.

The first thing you notice in dolly wood is the food smell you can smell it at the ticket booth and once your inside you will be drawn to it imediately

Food in dollywood is really affordable but is easily worth more very large servings and just good southern food

That apple pie? Do you know why that slice is so big? It’s a perfectly made apple pie with a thick crust and huge pieces of apple. So… You can’t properly cut it into smaller slices. It would fall apart and the slice would become a sloppy mess.

The dollywood is not a place where every American goes. In fact, probably most Americans never heard of it let alone know where it is located.

I think everybody in my part of the country knows about it, because Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are such popular spots for a long weekend or a short vacation, but that’s KY, OH, IN, TN, NC, SC and GA. I live in Louisville, KY and just like us Louisvillians LOVE us some Destin, FL, we also visit Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge more than any other out of state market. When you’re in Gatlinburg or Destin during Louisville Spring Break, you’ll see more Kentucky license plates that anything else. It’s crazy.
