India is a booming economy now and a lot of FDI including work from various countries is being offshored to India thereby increasing employment opportunities in India. That also means tough times in those respective countries. In the past, less than 1% of graduates used to get jobs. Now the story is different. So think

@@talluris.prabhakar2782 looks like you are not reading news. Firstly, unemployment is most of western nations breached safe limits, a lot of layoffs are happening. Economy is in shambles, debt is exorbitantly highest. Will they cater to their citizens first or immigrants? In India, the youth have too much expectations from govt without skills. 70-80% of the 999 people you said are unemployable due to their lack of real skills. In western countries, they start working from the age of 15 and gain immense experience by the time they graduate. What about the 999 you mentioned? Most if them are dependent until at least they are 25 with zero work experience. Btw, the kids in western countries do nit start off with a plump job but they start off from cleaning tables at a restaurant and similar jobs. Our desi kids shouldnlearn this and then you'll see the difference. Irony is as soon as they land in countries like US, they are ready to do janitor work also but would never do it back in India. Think again.

Welcome home guys. Many of these Indians in the US, particularly those working in the IT field, are not even qualified or holding advanced degrees from reputable institutions. If they switch their visas to student visas, their educational credentials from India are often scrutinized by academic verification agencies. In many cases, their degrees don’t equate to a U.S. Bachelor's degree, and sometimes not even to a 12th-grade equivalent. The level of fraud in this process is alarmingly high, and hopefully, the FBI will step in to investigate these issues more thoroughly. Meanwhile: Highly qualified Honest Indians are patiently waiting and moving on with higher education to have an "exceptional" visas.

Layoffs are good for A Healthy Business. If Companies need to be Excellent on Cutting edge Latest Techs the Employees should be on par with the business needs. Any employee who is not eligible to stay at top of excellence will be kicked out to keep company on EXCELLENCE CHECK. This is survival of The Fittest.
