Hey Sam, my question is how do you support your husband with his mental health journey? Do you have an outlet for releasing your own anxieties or concerns? How do you manage to be a good support to him, look after yourself, be a mum, be a good friend/daughter/sister and run a house, maintain a career. Congratulations. That's brilliant news. It is terrifying but it's also.the most amazing experience you will go through, aside from the times you may not feel so amazing. Lol. It is really overwhelming because you try to imagine times when you become a mother, but they don't prepare you really. You learn everything as you go along and there is no right or wrong way to doing things. Take things at your own pace and take it easy. I had prenatal depression and post natal depression. My daughter is nearly 2 and I still have it. But if you ever experience it then don't let it over power your mind. Your baby will help you round it. And remember there is always someone there to help you. All the very best. Xx
