To be honest, I don't do any sports, just train hard, I was doing, and still do, the M100's, but this here has made me so strong, I can't believe how good I feel after half an hour of these every day... People world wide pay ridiculous money to lose weight and get fit, yet they seem to be unwilling to do the hard work. There is nothing wrong with doing this in the comfort of your home... Brilliant video, more!!!

Who the fuck disliked this? These are some of the best individual drills ever. For those days when the gym is closed and/or none of your partners are available to train.

Jason i would say you can ever do these exercises like weights 10 reps xyz sets. Or you can do duration where you do as many strict form movements for say a minute. I personally would do ten of one exercise, rest for 10 seconds then go onto the next exercise and keep going until ive done 10 minutes. Then i would do my stability ball routine for 5 more minutes and that would be more warm up. Sometimes youve gotta play around and find what works for your body and fitness level.

Wow these are great. How many sets should i do of these? I really really want to have losing better hips in jits and I am close to my bluebelt but I still want to get these better all day. I hope this helps. Anyone know how many mins as well? I have super tight hips and my professors say that is the only thing stopping me from being a lot better getting out of shitty situations.

Holy crap after following all the exercises in this video I realized just how uncoordinated I am. Good to have pinpointed so I know what to work on outside of class!!!
@PrisonGangGame12 жыл бұрын
You don't consciously do these moves when you are rolling with someone, but if you practice these moves you'll gain speed and strength and you'll naturally be able to move in and out of the moves your master teaches you. If you are a white belt just concentrate on doing the stuff your master tells you. Learn the basics first or else you'll never be good.

Great drills. Thank you. 1 question. For the sit-out drill, shouldn't the step over go in the direction of the elbow? My elbow goes into their back to keep them off of me and the sit out frees my inside leg. I can then use that leg to step over the back of my opponent since they are pinned with my elbow. . I presume if I want to go to standing, I can step over the other way, but since there is no body of mass in that direction, it would appear more logical to roll to my knees.

Hi, have you heard about "MuscLeader" (have a look on Google)? On their website you can watch a good free video featuring how to grow visible muscles quickly whilst burning fat all at once. Steve is among the countless guys that enjoyed great success using this method. Perhaps it will help you out as well.
