I recently have been given the privilege of teaching. Today I needed curriculum on the fly, this video gave me a few weeks of classes to teach. Yes, I've done all these but some of them are taylor made for what my guys and girls need. Thanks for the great video.

Mr.Scully you have risen to become my #1 online source for BJJ, simply because you are emphazising BASICS as well as their training methods. You explanations are understandable and your demonstrations are clear. I am an instructor myself (although not highly experienced) and this is a great source for training ideas as well. I am expecting to (gladly) be paying big bucks for your online services in the near future. :)

You can be a very good grappler / fighter / martial artist without entering competitions. They are not the be all and end all.
