Mina, kudo to you for trying the "Goat soup"...it's actually my favorite Jakarta street food that I eat often growing up (My late father's favorite late night food). RE: the testicles... if you get a chance.. you should order it in the "satay" form (just like the goat skewers, they could make it grilled with peanut sauce) and it tastes so much better than if it was in soup (no smell).
