I didn't know those restaurants existed in RD, but I can give you a popular drink to try from Greece. It's called Ouzo (ōōzōh). Taste like black liquorice,,,, standing is a problem after 1 full glass 😊

The place we saw snow crabs was Delicias Del Mar in Santo Domingo Este. I can't remember the cost though. They will be expensive here in DR.

Hola buenos días en realidad la populacion China está regada en el Isla pero a mi entender aquí en Santo Domingo alrededor de China town. Con respecto a las escuelas yo hice un video que cubre escuelas internacionales pero no estoy segura si enseñan mandarín por que eso ya es muy particular. Hay una escuela llamada instituto cultural Dominico Chino que se en encuentra en Santo Domingo Este.
