Seems Ok....I like Co-op Greek yoghurt as a easy to get option. I'm still taken with Fage 5% Greek yoghurt....Make tzatziki as a go-to for most of the time. Cheers Tony

Hi Tony.Will have to find a Co-op and try its Greek yoghurt. I'm getting annoyed that in the UK it's become very difficult to find a full fat yoghurt. Low fat ones contain high amounts of sugar or sweeteners which defines the object of being healthy.

@@Greekosophy I agree! I'd rather have proper full fat and manage amount of consumption. The 'lower fat/healthy options' often disappoint - why eat them?! Best wishes to you and your family. Tony
