Nice Cantonese Video on Greek yogurt! My mum and I actually have 5% Fage (pronounced Fa-Yay - the label helped me because I struggled with pronunciation too) because yeah, like you said it is thick like ice cream, super healthy but it tastes loads better than 0% fat Fage (that one is so sour!) Have you tried the 5% fat Fage and do you know if they sell the large Fage pot in HK??

Can u give a defination of greek yougurt. For me a good yougurt should contain more kinds of good bateries , the lowest the carbo n with high fat .... that will be good enough... protein doesnt matter because there a evrrywhere...

The best Greek yogurt is one that’s made in Greece to traditional recipes i.e. one that hasn’t been messed about by modern processing including adding additives such as sugar. This means it should be a relatively high fat product (10%) with about 4.5g sugar per 100g (the normal amount in whole milk). Low fat yogurts are complete rubbish and should be avoided. The high fat content will give it a delicious creamy texture and the natural sugar will stop it being tart. I’ve been eating Greek yogurt for years and my favourite brand is Kolios. I travel across London to buy it from a small delicatessen. I like to eat it withstand teaspoon of wild organic raw honey and frozen wild berries eg blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.

以我讀過營養學班嘅知識，妳在片中所推薦兩個牌子乳酪係合乎健康嘅標準，起碼達到低脂、低糖這個原則， 我同唔少女生講超市好多乳酪根本就唔係真乳酪，而且係好高糖同高脂，只會越食越肥，加上無恆常運動，經常食身形好快走晒樣， 我讀過營養學後就發現真係健康嘅食品真係好貴，一般超市買嘅，好多都唔會合乎營養學嘅標準， 所以我自己會通常食嘅都係天然嘅食物，較少去購買食品，食物同食品係兩樣嘢嚟，唔係好多人識分， 不過妳做這段片做得幾好。
