3:10 Actually, that's not ok, because the thinner you slice the more slices you get from on object, so the more useful it is to have two cuts per turn instead of one.

Nice! I still prefer my food processor, though. Sorry. It won't cut large items like yours though, so I have to cut them thinner first, but it's faster and easier to use and it's easier to clean.

Probably wont. Lemograss is very tough. You might look for an herb cutter instead. They use these in Chinese herbal medicine stores.

@@alexander255110 I suppose it could but it might not work well in a single down action. Meat is not as soft as veggies so you could encounter not being able to slice it in certain cases like if the meat is not half frozen enough or if the meat is too tough for the blades. BUT... one could try.
