FOR PAIRING MULTIPLE DEVICES. Shut off earbuds after turning them on, shut off Bluetooth for Device 1, turn on Device 2, set left earbud in charging case and hold the right earbud for 10 seconds. First you'll hear that the earbud is turned on but keep holding, she'll eventually say "pairing", then you can scan for the device and it should be connected. Took me awhile to figure out, whoever made the instructions for this video and their pamphlet did a bad job of explaining clearly EXACTLY what will happen in the course of this transaction.

Today I jump started my left Indy ANC earbud that was dead/(broken). I used the charging pins from my push earbuds charging case and it worked. Looks like it’s a battery or software issue because it only went dead after I used only the right earbud to do some sound comparisons. Mind you that the left ANC earbud would not charge in its case anymore. Many people have this problem happen. The warranty claim system sucks.

I had this happen with the right earbud. It just wouldnt come on so i gave up and threw them in a drawer for awhile. Later i open them to see that they are working again. I think i just overcharged the right one maybe somehow idk.

I don't think this video is correct regarding pairing to a new device. To get my INDY ANC's to pair I had to turn them off, and then when turning them on, press and hold, continuing to hold after it powers on, until it says "pairing"

I literally just bought these about 4 hours ago and straight out-the-box the right won’t turn on. It lights up red when put into the charging case but once I take it out, nothing. I let it charge for two hours and still it will not turn on, neither automatically nor manually. I also can’t get the left to go into pairing mode. What the hell? I had the Indy Evo’s and one of them stopped working after only having them for 4 months. Which is why I just bought new ones… What’s the deal?

My right earbud recently stopped showing a red light when I placed it in the case. I just cleaned the pins and it turns red when placed in the case to indicate charging, but doesn't make any noise once removed from the case although it is activated. I know it is turned on, since the left earbud says "noise cancelling on" whenever I take out both earbuds. Please help. I can't believe I paid $130 for only one earbud. These were fine for the 1/2 of a year I've had them.

I like the double tap and hold for anc control since there is no app for PC. Had to disable tile background refresh as it is a battery pig.

After a 2 hour struggle to connect my Skullcandy Indy ANC earbuds to my phone, I thought i would share how I got success: 1. Make sure case is charged 2. Make sure earbuds are charged and have a solid red light showing on each earbud when you open the case up 3. Remove ONLY THE RIGHT EARBUD. Put it in your ear hole. Leave the left bud in the case and close the case. This is important. Leave it in the damn case! 4. Press and hold the back of the right earbud for 6 seconds until "Power off" is said 5. Give it a couple of seconds. Now press and hold the right earbud until "Power on" AND CONTINUE TO HOLD until "pairing" is said through the earbud. Should be about 10 seconds ish in total. 6. Go to your bluetooth on your phone. Should pop up with an option to pair the earbud. If there isnt a pairing option, restart the process, back to step 2. 7. Once the right bud is paired and playimg music or whatever, remove the left earbud and it should automatically connect and sync to your right earbud (which should still be in your ear!) I had some teething issues where the left earbud was like half volume of the right earbud, so I had to put the left earbud back in the case and take it out again, but im now sat with 2 fully working and connected earbuds. If you are struggling, feel free to message me and i can try walk you through steps. I found it so madly frustrating. There seems to be so many slightly different sets of instructions for these earbuds all over youtube and reddit with varied success... All i can say is percivere lol. They are good sound quality in the end! Just difficult to get the silly wee things connected it seems!

Today my case decided to stop charging/telling me the charge level I'm really stressed because the case has been charging for over an hour and still is showing empty on the charge and neither ear has more charge than last time I wore them

The item said it was water proof so i assumed the case was water proof to well last week when my room flooded the headphones were fine but the case was not working anymore it won't even turn on im trying to find a replacement but you guys don't sell the case alone and othere peopl are sold out wich i am guessing is because they also thought it was water proof i just want a new case are any of the other cases compatible with the indy anc ear buds?

When I connect my Xbox One controller to my phone via Bluetooth while my earbuds are connected, they stop playing audio. Not a big deal since I can still use my controller corded, but something to keep in mind before spending $130 on these.

video is way outdated and this method did not work at all for me. I had to turn off the ear buds, then hold the button on the ear buds for around 8 seconds (kept holding after it said power on), then it said "pairing" and it finally showed up in the bluetooth on my phone

Has anyone ever experienced loss of sound sync. Example: when I'm in the middle of watch a movie the sound cuts out for 1 to 2 seconds and then the voice to mouth movement is noticeably out of sync. In the Skullcandy app, it's a three way option: ANC on, ambient on, both off, but I can't get it to toggle by press. (You can never have both ambient and ANC at the same time.)

I'm in the same boat. Fully charged the case and then allowed the buds to charge overnight. 8+ hours later, the buds are only "95%" charged.

There’s way to many overlapping controls.. and the instructions manual is by far the worst I’ve ever come across. I’m glad they were a gift and not a purchase.

These don't charge evenly or don't have a even battery life cause one dies before the other, it disconnects, then i have one dead earbud then one at 40 percent. I let the dead one charge and use the one on 40 percent till it dies when both are "charged" same result same earbuds.
