FOR PAIRING MULTIPLE DEVICES. Shut off earbuds after turning them on, shut off Bluetooth for Device 1, turn on Device 2, set left earbud in charging case and hold the right earbud for 10 seconds. First you'll hear that the earbud is turned on but keep holding, she'll eventually say "pairing", then you can scan for the device and it should be connected. Took me awhile to figure out, whoever made the instructions for this video and their pamphlet did a bad job of explaining clearly EXACTLY what will happen in the course of this transaction.

This video was very helpful for all of my other user errors. However, the one thing I need help with isn't on here. Today my case decided to stop charging/telling me the charge level I'm really stressed because the case has been charging for over an hour and still is showing empty on the charge and neither ear has more charge than last time I wore them

Today I jump started my left Indy ANC earbud that was dead/(broken). I used the charging pins from my push earbuds charging case and it worked. Looks like it’s a battery or software issue because it only went dead after I used only the right earbud to do some sound comparisons. Mind you that the left ANC earbud would not charge in its case anymore. Many people have this problem happen. The warranty claim system sucks.

I had this happen with the right earbud. It just wouldnt come on so i gave up and threw them in a drawer for awhile. Later i open them to see that they are working again. I think i just overcharged the right one maybe somehow idk.

My daughter cleaned my earbuds and the case with a kit she bought online. Temu, I think. This was the second video that I watched and I was able to pair my earbuds again.

Do anyone else have application connection problem? The phone is connected to the buds, working perfectly, but the application shows "Not connected". Allowed bluetooth and navigation to the skullcandy app. So what now?

I don't think this video is correct regarding pairing to a new device. To get my INDY ANC's to pair I had to turn them off, and then when turning them on, press and hold, continuing to hold after it powers on, until it says "pairing"

How can I turn off the 3tap for Google Assistant? Did you make it to where you can't turn it off? I have her screeching loudly at me all the time "WHEN ITS SAFE, You'll FIRST NEED TO" I mean to say, if you're not going to fix it will newer ones have the option to disable?

ok so i have a pair of these and the right one went out. I did everything i could think of just to try and get it to turn on again. It never did. So i throw them into a drawer for a few months and when i find them again its back on. So relieved that they arent broken. Guess maybe one was just overcharged and therefore it wasnt turning on? Idk. All i can say is im exited to use them again.

My right earbud recently stopped showing a red light when I placed it in the case. I just cleaned the pins and it turns red when placed in the case to indicate charging, but doesn't make any noise once removed from the case although it is activated. I know it is turned on, since the left earbud says "noise cancelling on" whenever I take out both earbuds. Please help. I can't believe I paid $130 for only one earbud. These were fine for the 1/2 of a year I've had them.

I drive lawn mowers all day I have the indy Evo and find the engine is too loud would the ANC make enough of a difference to justify an upgrade

I literally just bought these about 4 hours ago and straight out-the-box the right won’t turn on. It lights up red when put into the charging case but once I take it out, nothing. I let it charge for two hours and still it will not turn on, neither automatically nor manually. I also can’t get the left to go into pairing mode. What the hell? I had the Indy Evo’s and one of them stopped working after only having them for 4 months. Which is why I just bought new ones… What’s the deal?

In the Skullcandy app, it's a three way option: ANC on, ambient on, both off, but I can't get it to toggle by press. (You can never have both ambient and ANC at the same time.)

Has anyone ever experienced loss of sound sync. Example: when I'm in the middle of watch a movie the sound cuts out for 1 to 2 seconds and then the voice to mouth movement is noticeably out of sync. I have to close whatever streaming service I'm using and start watching again can anyone tell me if you've had the same issue?

video is way outdated and this method did not work at all for me. I had to turn off the ear buds, then hold the button on the ear buds for around 8 seconds (kept holding after it said power on), then it said "pairing" and it finally showed up in the bluetooth on my phone

These don't charge evenly or don't have a even battery life cause one dies before the other, it disconnects, then i have one dead earbud then one at 40 percent. I let the dead one charge and use the one on 40 percent till it dies when both are "charged" same result same earbuds.

The item said it was water proof so i assumed the case was water proof to well last week when my room flooded the headphones were fine but the case was not working anymore it won't even turn on im trying to find a replacement but you guys don't sell the case alone and othere peopl are sold out wich i am guessing is because they also thought it was water proof i just want a new case are any of the other cases compatible with the indy anc ear buds?

I can't return indy anc ( I lost the receipt) and my left earbud stopped working after one month of use. I reseted the earbuds, checked if it's solo mode buy nothing helped, and I came here to just warn you to keep your receipts in the box of your product (unlike my dumbass) Sorry if I made spelling mistakes but English isn't my native language
