If they were to try to pull a stupid stunt like that again, we'd go back and do it again, but nobody I know holds any grudge against the people. It was their military junta doing something dumb to distract the ordinary people from the nightmare they were living in. _They_ will never be forgiven, but barring pulling the legs of the odd Argentine (which we only do if we like them. Why waste your breath on people you don't like?), it's rarely discussed. Those directly affected might well have other things to say, understandably so, but not even those of us old enough to have lived through it as adults do.
