this was pre-rendered using the game's engine and its models and textures, so it's going to look fairly similar to the actual game. See Assassin's Creed III's reveal trailer, it was the same situation there. It's how trailers should be, rendered using the game's assets but still looks slightly better than the actual game for that cinematic effect.

It will be the third main game in the Infamous series. It features a new protagonist, Delsin Rowe, and takes place several years after the events with Cole MacGrath and the Beast from the first two titles. The game is to be set in Seattle, and is schedule for a late 2013 release. Sucker Punch stated that while Delsin's powers appeared to be smoke based in the reveal trailer, his true power is the ability to copy the abilities of other conduits.

That's what everyone says. I was more of referring to the voice commands which many games are seeming to implement such as Dead Rising 3 or Battlefield 4. But there is one motion feature that has been confirmed for BF4 and that is to spot people. When you point one of your hands at the screen at will spot vehicles and people. Kinect is more for immersion and to save you more time when switching between apps, games, etc.

This guy's powers is that he is able to fully absorb a conduits power. So unlike cole when he got nix's powers, could only do a select few of nix's abilities. Delson rowe could use all of nix's abilities, and still have his smoke abilities to switch to if he wants

The game takes place seven years after the events of Infamous 2, where a network of security cameras throughout U.S. cities allows the government to keep a good eye on the population. And Delsin Rowe is a fugitive ever since he found out he has powers (the ability to copy superhumans powers) and is trying to find other Conduits (those are people with powers) to help him. it's basically a civil war between the Humans and Conduits. Ex: imagine if every super hero from Marvel went against Humanity. that's what this game is about.
