@@DannyPhilipsen Infant Annihilator should've happened way down the line, and Cattle Decap should still wait. Something accessible and easier to digest would be good. I find it easier to introduce non metalheads to Metal Covers of songs they know, and when it comes to women who haven't listen to much heavy music, it helps to play metal bands with female vocalists. Makes it relatable and easier to get behind relatively quickly. A bit less daunting and overwhelming. Infant Annihilator and Cattle Decap are the "Painal" of metal.

From watching this you have gotten through arguably one of the worst music videos KZbin will allow, alongside uncensored versions of “Obscure” by Dir En Grey and “Forced Gender Reassignment” by Cattle Decapitation. As others have pointed out, this band is amazing within their genre and broke alot of ground with their absolute intensity and style of composing songs, BUT unless you are fully versed in what 'ironic meme bands' are all about and understand the context of their songs...do not, I repeat do not read the lyrics to the songs or you may very well end up with a very dark sleepless night and imagery that cannot be unseen. Beyond this, your Reaction was very entertaining, that animation is complete bonkers and some of the best sh!t I've ever seen.

@@isaiahgrandt5305 Hadn't heard them so I checked out Cannibal and Bury Tomorrow just to get a feel. That's not what I'd call deathcore. It's more akin to to early 2000's metalcore (semantics, I know). Similar to bands such as Autumn to Ashes, Poison the Well, Walls of Jericho, or a host of other bands from Trustkill records. Deathcore tends to be much more discordant in sound and rarely ever mixes actual singing into the songs. Obviously there is a lot of overlap though since deathcore spawned out of metalcore.

I don’t know why nobody comments it. Infant Annihilator is an internet band/joke band. They’re pretty normal dudes. Dicky Allen (vocals) I think streams on twitch and the other guys are British and I think they all have their own stuff going on. They also don’t play shows. Is nearly impossible to play this live accurately. But yeah, here’s my actual comment. Infant Annihilator is famous for being brutal as fuck. They’re the reason why a lot of deathcore bands (such as Slaughter to Prevail) are brutal as fuck. Other bands like A Night in Texas or Signs of the Swarm also sound insanely crazy. When IA first came out, it was crazy. I remember being like “holy shit this is insanely heavy.” Ever since their first record came out, bands started to see that deathcore was gravitating towards this sound. All of them started being brutal for no reason, and now you have a lot of copy paste bands that try to pull off an Infant Annihilator and nobody has done it as amazingly as they have. Which brings me to my next point. Deathcore is nowadays a very boring sub genre. All bands have unnecessary breakdowns, try to be brutal for no reason, and there are hundreds of bands (if not thousands) that sound like that. There is barely any creativity and you can count the bands that stand out in the scene with the palm of your hand. But yeah, just a little history on Infant Annihilator and why they’re sort of popular in the scene.
