Hi.. my baby is 3 months old.. completely on baby formula i use kendamil goats milk formula… order them from Europe .. but i am feeling like my baby is growing so faster and gaining weight.. like she is only 3 months old but looks like 8-12 months old baby… so i was thinking like to change her formula but doesn’t wants to compromise on the nutrients that she needs at her age.. what should i do? Which formula i should use? Please help.. thank you

I would like to know do you use nursery water to mix the formula ( you have to put the nursery water in to the fridge) can you give cold or you have to warm the water? Or What kind of water do you use for formula without need to put in the fridge? Thank you! I hope you respond 😊

Thanks so much! This is an awesome question! Honestly, I could probably do a whole video on it. I definitely recommend filtered water. For babies in the U.S., most tap water is safe to drink and it can be filtered using a water filter pitcher. Nursery water is purified water that can come with or without fluoride. Tap water in the U.S. has fluoride in it. Fluoride helps to protect and build strong teeth. It's important to check with your pediatrician to determine whether they recommend fluoride or not. The fluoride version is usually used. Therefore, using nursery water or just filtered water in a jug is a good choice. My only concern is the plastic that the water comes in can leech chemicals into it. If you are concerned about lead and other substances in tap water, you can get the tap water tested first. As for water temperature, change it up!!! Like all the time!!! If you always serve the formula at a certain temperature, your baby will get used to that and then before you know it, they will only eat that way. It's hard to hand a 7 month old a warm bottle when you are stuck in traffic and the water you have is cold. The more you change things up, the more adaptable your baby will be. However, if you have a preemie or a newborn who is not eating well, start with warm water. The baby will eat better this way. Once feeding issues are resolved or baby is older, then you can start to change things. If you can, please like my video and subscribe to my channel. It really helps me out! Thanks!

I am looking for information regarding formula milk. You mentioned that the research has shown that infant formula is not the cause of gas, fussiness and colic. I have searched for this research but unable to find it. Was it in a periodical, book or independent research? I would be very grateful for your help. Thank you.
