Interested in your default channel strip EQ curve. Is there a video you've made where you explain the reasoning behind that?

Just a heads up. You have to take a look at Pigments 4 its a pad machine now. Utterly amazing. I made a great pad in 2 minutes with the new play button.

Besides the sequencer, are there major differences between shaperbox 3 and Infiltrator? Obviously I can hit the trial to explore, but thought I would see what those of us that have used both might bring up.
@JoshuaTMagee2 жыл бұрын
They're both amazing tools, but if I could only afford one, I'd personally go with Infiltrator. More complex modulation options and a ton more processing FX, especially the new spectral options.
@siematic9262 Жыл бұрын
There are more fx in infiltrator But I find shaperbox to have more utility in my workflow. Shaperbox is on like every track of my projects whereas I use infiltrator as the multi-fx beast that it is

Hi. I wanted to ask if you have looked into Bitwig. I own Ableton and Bitwig, but in many ways Bitwig is so much more capable of modulating anything than Ableton. If you want to bring your music to live, you really! should give Bitwig a go for a while. You will hardly go backt to Ableton. I use them both with Ableton Link, as they can work together that way. Best Regards, David

I can't tell if it's my Airpod Pros being wonky or if you have cheekily added this plugin onto your vocals LOL... In all seriousness, sounds rad, thanks for sharing!

How do you build transitions with Infiltrator 2? I wouldn't need baby audio transit? Or would it be more complicated with Infiltrator2? TY if able to shed any light!
@s1gns0fl1fe Жыл бұрын
Infiltrator 2 is actually a really powerful transition creation tool. I would try and use the MSEG in the middle and time out your transition by using the speed control on the bottom left. I haven't used Transit but there's pretty much no limit to what Infiltrator 2 can do. Hope that helps!
@morgan8937 Жыл бұрын
@s1gns0fl1fe Thank You 😊 Awesome tip. I've been using efx motions, I rarely buy plugins at all, but they're both great. Infiltrator2 for the deep dives.
@PeteGunnShow14 күн бұрын
i have them both, love infiltrator, but the new version (and the old version) of transit are great for transitions amongst lots of other things. Baby audio recently added a sequencer, and a side chain (plus alot more) to transit, which makes it a beast for sonic manipulation. I typically use infiltrator for more sound design and fills, and transit for transitions, drops, fills intross/outros verses or chorus variance and more. I think having both is great for different things. but if i had to pick one multi effect over all of them it would be either sugarbytes effectrix 2 or looperator. I dont think i have done a song without looperator at least on the drums since i picked it up.

really fascinating - you think this is good for pure live-performance too, or would there be a better alternative (thinking about midi mappable multi effects, but very CPU friendly)

Those background lights are not getting along with your camera frame rate, that's why there is weird flickering. Great video btw!

This looks really cool and fun, but I kind of traded a plug-in addiction, for a hardware addiction. I just ordered a Squarp Hapax, and I just got a Blooper and Habits. I’m looking for a decent reverb, that can do regular reverb well, and do experimental type stuff on top. I’m between a Chase Bliss Dark World, Empress Reverb, Eventide H90, Chase Bliss CXM 1978, one of the Strymon Sky series, OTO BAM Space Generator, and some others. I just ordered an OB-X8, and I want to get a premium reverb. BTW, I don’t usually buy this much gear, I’m just making a major investment, and upgrading most of my setup. I was getting cluttered by mid tier gear, and figured I could get more premium gear, to replace multiple pieces of cheaper gear. I’m trying to get more streamlined, instead of cluttered. I plan on doing some major productions in 2023.

Just note, dark world is mono, more of a coloring verb first in chain style. I would grab a Strymon or OTO etc before hitting up the dark world.. again it’s mono and will kill the x8 pan spread..
