Anime4Life who knows sometimes it’s just fake theories but it’s a possibility. A comment I saw a while ago was that the author didn’t want to continue the light novel or anime Bc he of who ichika was gonna end up with . He had his first childhood friend( forgot how to spell her name) in mind and was his first choice but Bc everybody also shipped the other girls he rather end the series than have Fans divided over some ship. Idk if that’s true tho

completed 1st season just now and it was amazing, amazing opening, amazing story, amazing characters. all 5 girls were equally beautiful & adorable except Houki always being the main heroine here. also liked Chifuyu & Tabane🤩😍🔥💘

I just finished my marathon of this show. It was very entertaining, the comedy was good and the characters were great. If you're looking for a new Harem Anime to watch then I definitely recommend. Unfortunately it's fallen into the same trap 99% of Harems do and that's not being able to get a season 3, maybe one day, we can only hope. it's always funny seeing Ichika get himself into these awkward sexual situations with these 5 girls, the characters are great and the story is fun. It's sad finishing a show knowing there are no more episodes, but I guess that's life. SPOILERS SECTION I think Ichika had the most feelings, girlfriend wise, towards Houki. Tho I'm sure if they continued the show we'd never find out, but that's what I felt the series was leaning towards. The others were great too, but I think Houki was the one for Ichika. Oh well I guess we'll never know. SAFE FROM SPOILERS It was a fun & entertaining show, all these great series like "highschool of the dead" "Freezing" "Sekirei" and now this show seem to only have 1 or 2 season of 12 episodes. It's December 29th 2017 as I'm writing this comment right now, this was my final anime of 2017, great series to finish off my year. No regrets I must move on with my life now, thanks for the memories Infinite Stratos, you will be missed. until we meet again Cya.

it's a good anime and there is also a season 2 called IS: Infinite stratos 2 or IS:2 that is a continuation of the story, and there might and i mean might be a 3rd season in the future but info on it is sorely lacking. but with how the OVA world purge hen ended It both answered some questions and raised others like what was Tabane after in the ISA(Infinite stratos Academy) mainframe? So there probably be a 3rd season to answer those questions and continue ichika's schooling in ISA with if memory his second year starting since the first 2 seasons happen in his first year there

As far as I know, Ichika and the other girls are still in their freshman year (except for Tatenashi, who is a sophomore), and more than likely still will be in season 3.

+TVLubber It all depends on how popular the 2nd season was (which in my opinion was good. not as good as the first season but still good) and also the second season caught up to the light novels so if and/or when they make a third season it'll probably be after a while to allow the light novels to have a lead. OR they might branch off and deviate from the light novels, which would be interesting but would be difficult, since they could either gain or lose a lot of support by doing that. So if they do make a 3rd season it'll will be a few years down the road if they ever do.

Well, from what I heard, the 2nd-season DVDs sold well enough to make another season (but I'd prefer to have a season based on the Love & Purge PS Vita game (just an OVA won't be enough) before going back to the light novels). As for the World Purge Hen OVA, it should be dubbed. (so what if it's released on a separate DVD/Blu-Ray disc? It wouldn't be the first anime OVA)
