I really enjoy all of your lessons. I've been doing Feldenkrais for about five years now and your calmness and humbleness shows through your videos. Truly breath of fresh air thank you for your time and effort.

I continue to watch, learn and practice this effortlessly beautiful four point lesson. I'm 77 years old and have been practicing and teaching yoga for 27 years. I discovered the Feldenkrais method 5 years ago and it has changed my life dramatically. I observe my students and other folks struggling to get down to the floor. And many of them can't get down there anymore. I am graced to find you and your lessons. I will share with my students. Please refer me to readings or videos on the four points. I want to learn more. Thank you.

Thank you so much Joyce! I really appreciate this note! I am not too sure about 4 points literature or videos. Moshe Feldenkrais was a serious judoka, and I believe the majority of the four points thinking comes from judo floor work, throwing, rolling and transitioning on the floor. I bet you can find stuff googling the words "four points" and "Feldenkrais"... and maybe I'll get inspired to create more videos on the subject :) Doron
