Sounds great,love the low gurgle. Also, it definitely looks good. But for that price, thats just crazy. Id buy the regular one and put a styling kit on with a bit of a ecu and exhaust tune up.

I like what was done to the FX50. This is the kind of work that would go nicely with the IPL performance brand that Infiniti is trying to build. The only problem is that pricing. Build more examples and cut that price down, Infiniti!

Apparently they are sold out. Unfortunately cause the infinity brand's logo isn't bmw or Mercedes people in the uk is not giving the brand a chance. The fx is different and futuristic. I Like this and the standard fx.

Just ran across this, so late to respond. I still have a 2010 FX50 S that I purchased new. My first mod was to delete the resonators....very cheap option and gives you pretty much the same sound as this video.

One argument that you forgot is that it is a Limited Edition! The Price of the car remains more stable... I think it looks great and if i had the money i would give it just simply because i think is a better investment then oder SUVs

I agree with you.. a lot carbon fiber, f1 rear fog light and 30 hp increase.. mmm.. not all right, carbon fiber is ok, rear fog light is ok, but 30hp increase, no.. maybe 110hp increase would look better! With a total of 500hp.. it sounds good for car of over 100.000£

2 thoughts. 1) Harry seemed really uninterested in this, which made me think it was a paid advert or something. I usually love Harry's reviews, but he was clearly not speaking his full mind. 2) I feel so sorry for Webber and Vettel. They've worked so hard and are at the top of their careers, and they have to drive a fucking Infiniti for a company car! I'd way prefer to drive for any other brand just so the company car was cool e.g. merc, ferrari, lotus even!

i think they just had a price in mind, then tried to justify it with a formula 1 driver's endorsements. i have no idea why they didn't get him to try to improve the g37, which actually has sporting pretentions and is definitely the most desirable car they make.

i love the fx. however most people would agree that you can make something similar for way less than 100k. i dont see a market for this vehicle. people pay this much for a porshe or mercedez , maybe lexus. ive seen way better fxs out there for half the price at car meets.

This car will no longer be made now anyways. It isn't fast enough for the people who want over 400 hp so they get a Porsche Cayenne but it's a bit to powerful for others who get the FX37 or BMWX5. So, there isn't a niche for this car. For myself, I would get either the FX50 or Toyota FJ but I am one of the few to like the FX50. Sad to see it go. I just think Infiniti needs to make it about 40 hp stronger then it will sell more models.

No, the whole car is £100,000 - unless you're American so you mean dollars, in which case you're also a little off - 'the Vettel' comes with quite a lot of extras compared to a $60,000 FX50, so it's probably "only" $80,000-90,000 more expensive.

Car manufacturers should lighten up the car using carbon - if they saved only mere 45kg from the standard model, this is really not enough! They should learn from Dodge Viper/Lamborghini Aventador - replace heavy parts with carbon - the hood for example, or the boot...
