We can also use 'in order to' , 'So as to' , 'With a view to' for Purpose or Reason instead of using Adverbial infinitive case. e.g. We can say ' She called me last night in order to ask for a favor. Am I correct ?

The infinitive is used in the active voice when the focus is on the doer of the infinitive, and when the focus is on the object (receiver), we form it in the passive voice. The problem is easy to solve. (focus is on the doer) The problem is easy to be solved. (focus is on the receiver: problem)
