It means one action completes another action starts (Police ko dekhte he chor bhag gaye) Pehla action complete hua dusra start hua immediately.... Listening to his favourite songs, he called his brother. Gaana sunte sunte usne apne bhai ko bulaya Mine is doubt...why can't I consider this sentence like this....
