Wow, never thought you'd take a look at the one ARG that I actively took part in, and let alone one I was there from the start of. I was half-way through high school and my only experience with ARGs was mildly following along to Marble Hornets and EMH. Didn't know many of the tricks that I knew today, but had a lot of fun participating and seeing it unfold. I wonder if I'll pop up during your analysis. Edit: Welp, there I am in the irc chat. I'll now be bummed out if you don't include some of the embarrassing videos that we had to submit late into the game for progress ;)

also i'm *very* pleased to see that Team F8 is still alive & strong. I was the lead writer on the project who then took over the F8 side of writing when the game was live. I remember when one of the players made the F8 tribute video in memoriam, we were all dying behind the scenes, so touched. was hoping it might make it into the recap vid! i still remember it fondly. nothing like tribute art to know we struck a chord.

Either one of them could be the 8th Victim, however the people chose to vote off Infinity. The reason why it's Infinity and the Huntress, is because they both knew each other in the past, and when their initials are combined, it forms an 8.

I unfortunately really dislike when it's incredibly obvious that somebody is acting. I know this show isn't trying to trick viewers into believing that it is real, but I do feel like they aren't a big enough effort to at least not destroy immersion. I can't enjoy this as an immersive experience because of that, it's a more or less interesting story to watch, narrated by Night Mind - but without NM, I definitely couldn't watch this.

Meaning I didn't waste my time or feel like I shouldn't have watched this video. Overall it was a good experience. I was just thinking that, without NM, this ARG wouldve been very hard to consume, regardless of what I overall think about this video in particular. For example, there is definitely no way in hell the huntress would've had any way to make me go hunt or investigate or follow the ARG in any way, NM did that.
