I like your videos.I did some safety plate stacks a couple years back. Also some crosses that I thought turned out cool? Wish I had a tig welder? I’ll try to figure out some pics of if you are interested? The safety plate doesn’t seem to wrinkle in the odd corners? Thought you’d like, thanks

There's no vibration when hit, so it's like a solid block. However the donut was very resonant while it was flat, like a gong/bell hybrid

Have you ever tried limiting the expansion to increase it radially? As in, suppose you wanted a shape with two parallel planes and convex sides?

Not yet, but it is possible to sandwich the piece between thick steel plates to create flat surfaces

Perhaps if you used a mold to get the correct aerofoil shape, but there will better materials and methods than this one

I have an idea planned for the egg, but mostly I keep them as samples to show how different shapes inflate, which helps when designing new products

I'm not sure, but my small pressure washer's maximum is 90 Bar, and the workpieces rupture before reaching that
