Yes, we should. My dad is a govt employee. In 2021 he got covid and went into critical condition. Total medical expenses went upto 8.5 lakhs. When he applied for claim, govt health dept evaluated only 5.5 lakhs. And to actually get the fund sanctioned we are asked to pay 95k as bribe via brokers...

I disagree with your conclusion on 2019 elections. Inflation was largely well-controlled going into 2019 elections, averaging around 3-4%. Though the economy was in slowdown, due to domestic reasons like demonetization and GST, as well as US-China trade war. Modi govt till 2019 was able to control inflation well, helped by low-crude oil prices beginning in Dec 2014.

Vegetables are 2-3 times more costly than 2 years ago. 20kg wheat atta used to cost 10.99$ is now for 18.99. Almost everything is 2 times expensive now a days. Poorly researched video, I am very disappointed with this content First, Stock prices don't decline because of inflation, they decline because of repo rate hikes Second, Inflation in India isn't high or bad, Indian wage growth is always 8% or more every year which outpaces inflation every year Third, India didn't have stimulus cheques distributed to its people, so the inflation is not as bad as it could have been, India is experiencing very usual levels of inflation Also, prices have not risen 7.8% from 2012, prices have risen 7.8% compared to the last financial year! Fourth, oil prices didn't rise only because of the Russia-Ukraine war, they rose mostly because oil companies do not want to increase production and open new oil wells because they know that the industry has no future, so they are milking their last profits before their death, usually a war's oil price boom would be tamed by oil companies by pumping more oil and investing in new oil wells, not anymore
