Hi Karl, sorry to butt I but I used to have a severe fear of flying up until 2013. I found some amazing resources out there that helped me understand how normal flying is and once I understood this it really helped. I’ve flown 30 odd times since and absolutely love it now so I just wanted to offer encouragement that it can be beaten. Feel free to contact if you want to know what worked for me, but watching Noel’s videos, especially his pilot blogs on the other channel will really help a lot I hope. Good luck in beating it 🙏

Ah, the luxury of travel.

With that amount of food, I reckon I would be a hazard on the flight. If I ate it all, I think I'd explode, causing a giant hole in the plane's fuselage causing decompression, oxigen masks coming down, the plane starting an emergency descend, paniquing passengers and a lot of fuss afterwards.

Also, people who don’t travel often think it’s glamorous - it’s not. It’s physically and mentally tiring, all while being separated from family and friends for extended periods. Therapy is most often beneficial to find nurturing and sustainable introspection that builds confidence, and provides insight on how to interpret and manage all that comes at us in life…past, present and future. I haven't flown in about 10 years and the planes interior seems to have changed quite a bit, especially in business/first. My question is, why are the seats in business class so narrow now? They used to be plush and wide. They didn't offer the privacy of a little cubby like they do now, but the seats seemed much more comfortable. Of course I haven't flown to try the seats, but just by looking at them they look very narrow and almost like a economy class seat to me with extra feet space. Am I wrong? I know I will have to try one out to get the experience and make a judgment, I'm just going on visual.
