They then go on to say that even if you faked their signature, you have to meet with the advisor selling you the policy to verify everything. “That’s how strict it is” should be self explanatory, but since you didn’t understand the rest of this clear comment, I will clarify anyway. Their country (the Philippines) does all of these things as they are very strict on taking out policies for someone else, presumably to avoid people being killed for insurance money.
