Great video. I just don't understand why manufacturers have to design something to where you have to take the entire front end of a truck apart to change headlight assemblies.

Yeah this is OEM Mopar. This one looks a bit more challenging then is actually is but yeah sometimes OEM is a bit harder to install then the aftermarket units .

Your directions say to include the original fuse along with the fuse you provide but he did not add the original fuse in this video. Do you add the original 15 amp fuse to the add-a-fuse or not?

With us we only sell the headlight replacement. You may be able to replace just the bulbs but we dont have it for sale that way so it would have to be from another source.

We would not sell the harness and modules without the headlight and vice versa. These OEM parts need to be matched to the Vin of the vehicle and to each other or there is a much higher likelyhood of failure. We would much rather get you a fully working kit. Hello I have a Laramie RAM with LED lights from the factory. Can your headlight be replaced and do you need the wiring kit? My fuse box is built differently. The flashlight fuses are in F97-98

Hmm... I'm a little puzzled by your fuses F97-F98. If the head lights were halogen and you're going to LED, you will need the wiring kit. Essentially LED lights require a pulsing power output instead of constant power, so the wiring converts that to prevent damage to the LED's. What fuse is at F 43 location Is it the same for a 2021 ram 2500

From what I can tell, the fuse box is identical from 2019-2022 Heavy Duties. Fuse F 43 is for the "Heated Steering Wheel". Most trucks don't have that equipped, so we use that fuse location. If you do have heated steering wheel, it will be retained and work just fine.

These headlights are OEM and come directly from Mopar as a complete light. We don't manufacture these parts. We can replace the full headlight but not the bulbs.

No, these are OEM so with our OEM programming these are designed specifically for your vehicle. This will be plug and play and we have not encountered any issues on this upgrade solution.

Great video and correct instructions. Not an easy job though and made me hate Dodge. Way too much to just replace headlights. On my Ford is was few bolts. I think if I had to do it over again I would have just paid someone. 🤣

If these are OEM headlights, why do they need the hack wiring job? Is there no way to reuse the factory harness? I really dislike fuse taps.

Not a hack wiring job. The new harness sends the correct signal so that you don't get lamp out errors or flickering.
