My 22’ Ram 1500 barely hit 7K miles and my cluster is completely out. The dealership said it’s gonna be a good while before I get this part replaced. It’s on back order, and it’s been 3 weeks since they’ve ordered it. So, I’m driving with a black screen on my cluster. 😪

Wow. What about the mileage? Are they going to program it when it arrives.

@@Infotainment_nav I'm assuming they will. Everything is still under warranty. I've been trying to enjoy my pickup but I've already had to replace my rear backup camera twice, update my bluetooth and carplay, and now my dash cluster. It's hard to really like my Ram when it's spanking new and with a bunch of issues.

How did this end up for you, the dealership I work at just got one in 3 days. Also unfortunately with cluster replacements there will always be a display mileage discrepancy unless the vehicle is left to sit while waiting. The PCM will still show the true mileage but any driving done from time of order will not show on the new cluster as the mileage is programmed by the supplier.

@@DrDeathReign The NEW dash cluster picked up the mileage where the old one stopped. It didn't pick up the mileage from in between the time I was driving with old one out. So it didn't register about a good 800-1K that I drove while I had to wait for new one and the dealership left it as is.

Great but 1300 for one cluster is insanity I do keep in mind they do program it

This is OEM equipment. If you are looking for a significant downgrade in price and quality then I would consider aftermarket. OEM equipment is more expensive but you are putting the value into the vehicle unlike aftermarket which would have to be removed before resale to not hurt the value of the vehicle.
