Im INFP and my husband is ENFJ. Our dynamic is spot on to the movie she’s all that. I still can’t believe how easy it is for me to charm him just being myself. He’s so exciting and everyone likes him. I know I’m very lovable but he really is such a “cool” guy that it surprises me when all my nerdy passion and overly complimenty ways leave him enamored. I just want people to feel good about themselves and he always wants to help people be their best selves. We have mutual respect and as an INFP finding someone who truly understands you and listens to you and wants to please you in the way you want specifically is so freakin perfect. I’ve never had a relationship like this. It feels like soulmates. We just balance each other out so well but not in an opposites attract kind of way; it’s more of a we’re the same in different ways. I think destiny brought us together. We lived in different countries and met through a mutual bff (ESFJ). I hope all my lovely INFPs find the love of their life too 💖 It really is everything we ever dreamed and better because it’s actually real!

I thought what I said was pretty dorky/uncool, but I was so passionate, and he immediately DMed me saying how much he loved my ideas and found me interesting 😭😂 Since then we’ve been facetiming and texting because we live in different states, but the conversations are too good to let go! We share goals and philosophies, and he motivates me to actualize my beliefs. He’s so sexy and charming to me, and I can sense the warmth of his heart in his glowing smile and how he treats me like a rare flower. ENFJs are pretty used to being considered intense by society. For me, I know that I'm kind of smothering, I get mad when people aren't taking care of themselves, I'm generally fairly physically affectionate and I know that my "normal" in that regard is other people's "too much." Plus, ENFJs can be pretty scary... we all have a sort of cruelty streek it's just that some of us are better than others at controlling it. Plus, from what I understand, we're usually dreamers and many of us are super romantic which can create a sort of awkward combination with our enthusiasm. Anyone who doesn't have the same enthusiasm or at least understand it can be very exhausted and put off by it because- being enthusiastic all the time isn't exactly the most normal thing. It's not that we're intense, it's just that it can be interpreted like that.

My bf is Enfj and he is AMAZING. Other people always makes me feeling my feelings are too much but he is very attentive to my feelings🥺 he doesn't take advantage of me when I make myself vulnerable. It makes him fall harder. He is extroverted and everyone likes him, I know he can get anyone he want but he never gives me reason to feel insecure. He doesn't hesitate to tell me how he feels which makes me feel secure. He wants us to last, get married and everything.. But because of my past, it makes me feel like people don't last. However, I want forever with him

I'm an ENFJ and even though I don't really know of any INFPs in my life except MAYBE my cousin, I find the idea of the personality type to be kind of adorable. I love people who have the guts to stick out from a crowd and embrace that, as well as I have a tendency to admire introversion because introverts don't need as much external validation as extroverts often do. Being artistic and creative is something I can really relate to and that is another thing that appeals to me. I want an INFP in my life, even if it's just a friend. I want to experience that dynamic.

Before I even knew about Myers-Briggs a young lady and I connected instantaneously. She(ENFJ) and I(INFP) had met each other at an Air Bnb for some party. It was an overnight stay and for whatever reason, her friends elected that I sleep with her. Not sex, but just to literally sleep in the same room. Long story short, we started talking and as I said before, we instantly connected. It’s incredible how fast it happened. Unfortunately, my INFP anxiety took over, and I was scared to commit. She actually admitted her feelings for me but I was scared and foreseen possibilities that psyched me out due to past relationships. One year later, I came around to the Myers-Briggs test and I got her to take it. To my amazement, she was an ENFJ and it made sense all along. I know how rare they can be, so I really need to try and rekindle our relationship.

Only 6 weeks in with my INFP partner and we have a deep and profound connection that is growing stronger every day. We are both over 55, both divorced with adult children long gone (so to speak) and both more or less at peace with ourselves. There is a certain level of maturity and experience that allows me to know she is my partner for life and vice versa. We simply get each other. We laugh alot, talk constantly, have a ton of similar likes and a few things where we don't match. We met quite by chance, on a nature trail where at a fork she was unsure which way to go. The next two dates were similar walks where I spent the whole time trying to figure out if she was narcissistic or maybe borderline. Sounds crazy but the only reason I am at peace today is because I shed all the narcs that were inhabiting my life. It was just her quirky habit of walking along then suddenly veering to the right to look at some flower that made me think borderline as my recent built in narc radar was showing blanks. It was her interest in wanting to know the ascendant of my astrology sign that led me to give her the MBTI test. At this stage I had already guessed she was an empath and when her result came in as INFP everything else fell into place, right down to how we met where she was a little lost and I am talking about a local city nature trail not the middle of some remote forest. She makes me feel good about myself, period. And apparently I provide a level of comprehension and acceptance she has never felt in a man before. We love exploring each others personality. We can talk about our pasts without any jealousy or judgements creeping in. We are already planning to move in together in the near future, within the next year or so. This will most likely involve a change of city, we both want to get closer to nature. It's funny how these things go, if we had met 2 or 3 or 4 years ago most likely nothing would have come of it but we were both in a similar place of personal healing when we met and the connection was practically instantaneous. Maybe it is worthwhile coming back to this video in a years time to write more about the ENFJ and INFP relationship. For now it is one huge enormous success. Peace!

I’m INFP and I got completely ghosted by an ENFJ after our first date. When we first talked, we were on the phone for over 6 hours and it was absolutely wonderful and neither of us wanted to hang up with each other. Then he quickly became distant, and when we met for the first time one week later, he was acting like he wasn’t interested, but I had such an intense feeling with him, there’s no way he couldn’t feel it too. He was telling me personal things about himself and we had a wonderful conversation, and then he just completely ghosted me after. It’s been 5 days and I haven’t heard a peep from him. A fine video, especially the functions part - thanks for that. It made me realize what I like about myself (ENFJ) and how this matches with my INFP friends/family. In a way, I transposed what you were saying also to a very important relationship to me - my business partner (ENFP), as it is a matter of their function order. I would have 3 conclusions as to what can make ENFJ-INFP work together well: 1) Ni-Ne: good coordination of goal and ideas choice. Be together on the same quest and topic. 2) Se-Si: want to DO the same thing together. Do what you BOTH feel/agreed on and engage in it. 3) Ti-Te: well, ENFJ/INFP wouldn't be to much of thinkers. I think avoiding overanalyzing and overmanaging will be good for both. Just let one (ENFJ) have the initiative, the other take it up (INFP). Let the ENFJ respect the INFP's decision once taken and let the INFP feel their effectivity. Well, just my insights from business and family. Hope it helps and thanks again for the video!

Like ENFJs, she knows as soon as she sees someone if they have good intentions or not. I can't do that. I will always assume someone is good. Then comes the disappointment but it has good sides. Like being open to others. Also, we always want to get out of that comfort zone and explore, but we must be one of the most afraid to do so. @crystalbush52734 жыл бұрын
@@SuperMohamedadil Yes, that is perfectly normal for the age of 20. Your intuition is being fine tuned. I guarantee you that even 5 years from now you will see a dramatic difference. It is like honing a super power. It only gets better. At age 20 I got "duped" many many many times with friendships, relationships on the job etc. Some of it was naivete of my youth, some of it was just me being me... Inwardly I only had goodwill towards others and was radiating positive vibes outwardly. It didnt make sense to me that others would think completely different from that or have negative intentions towards others ESPECIALLY me... Like why ??? But in hindsight, i realized that I ignored my intuition when it would whisper to me about certain people or situations which led to regret for not acting on that foreknowledge. As you mature/ grow your intuition will get much Louder than a whisper and much harder to ignore. You will begin to trust it once you see how right it will be...so often. Introverted feeling can feel like a gift & a curse but ultimately it is a blessing. You'll see and you'll be fine.

If you saw us together for lunch 2 weeks ago you would swear we had just met and were passionately in love with each other❤ There are a lot of truths in this and it is wonderful to hear them so I can understand more and visualise some the reasons why she dose the things she does the way she does them and also why I struggle to understand them. Also why she struggles with me when I think I am being clear. I can now see our disconnect and also how to begin to manage this better. Could work if the INFP works on their sociability and if the ENFP works a bit to dampen their P. Double P at home leaves the chores and paperwork in a mess and will be a source of tension. ENFP also will have to simply accept the INFP’s desire for distance and alone time, and the INFP will have to indulge into the wild partying of the ENFP every now and then. NF’s can connect marvelously on worldview, need for individuality and freedom and disregard for baseless social norms. So the work will have to happen on everyday communication and behavior so that the connexion doesn’t die off.

If I told him some of my views, he would point out what's wrong and what's great. He's so nice. He always include me to plans and always want me to be with them whenever there's a trip. He takes care of me like I'm an effin baby 😂 kuddos tho. I think he likes me. Uhh.. yea, he's sending signs. But I only see him as a big brother. He's so sweet and clingy which I would love if I ever had a boyfriend (or gf 😂) It just that, I really only see him as a friend or brother . I already told him how I feel about him since he keeps sending these signs.. He said he understand, but here he is. Still clinging to me and still taking care of me. Sometimes I feel bad since he's too kind for someone like me lmao. But I swear, Enfjs are suuuch a good partner.

@thomasalegredelasoujeole99983 жыл бұрын
Highly controversial ;) INFPs can be bone jarring lie detectors as they literally smell out people who aren’t genuine, and are both NF are good at picking up on someone’s intentions ! Our blind spot there is our loved ones. For people very close to us or those we’ve let in, our desire to see the good in people, our confrontation-averse side and our tendency to go Open or Closed and no in-between can get us under the claws of a manipulator. But sooner or later we’ll pick up on their game at some point. Also, ENFJ and INFP are a great team because when someone takes the INFP for a doormat, the ENFJ will jump in to defend the INFP, while the INFP might point out some toxic people early on and save the ENFJ from wasting their energy and goodwill on a dishonest person.

If you’re a healthy INFP, then ENTJ’s are said to be a near perfect match as well, but you both have to be mature
@thomasalegredelasoujeole99983 жыл бұрын
That will strongly depend on what aspects of yourself you may want to work on. ENFP takes work in opening up and concessions about daily chores, INTP can work if you’re a huge nerd too, and ready to take criticism less personally. ENTJ can work if they’re mature enough to not push you around and let you do you more, but they might feel like they’re either more your mom/dad than actual partner. Maybe more if it’s a guy ENTJ and girl INFP both with a rather traditional view of gender roles (which is not very often the case in INFPs). ISFJ can also work if they accept the INFP strong stance on values and morals, and support/admires the INFP when he/she takes a stand on said values. This all is no more no less than what every other types has to go through to build long lasting relationships, but then the INFP are idealists, dreamers, and « better alone than with the wrong person » kind of type ; therefore it might take us INFP what we consider as an excessive surrender of who we are and ultimately leaves us dissatisfied for reasons we can’t always quite put our finger on. And as a final observation : age helps. A lot. INFP are late bloomers because processing emotions takes time. Learning to walk into other people’s shoes and understanding them even when they overstep our boundaries or question our core values is hard. Because we take criticism so personally. No wonder there’s so much of both « the child » and « the old soul » paradox in us. But time will round the hard angles and mellow our rigidities. If an INFP has managed to find his/her confidence though, they become attractive for a lot of types.

Welp I'm INFP male I kinda realized how great ENFJs are because of a girl in a group chat I'm in that i swear every time she speaks i feel like she completes me in a spiritual way. It's more in a friendship way tho cuz shes got a guy that she's with lol .... but makes me really want to find someone like that if I ever try to have a romantic relationship and it's good to know they exist, but I realized it's rare to find these types or even my own type. I wonder if she kinda feels the same but to my knowledge I think she gets that same feeling cuz out of everyone in the chat she @s me and isolates discussions with me a fair amount. But things like that you can easily misinterpret or over interpret based on what you want to believe. I think it bothers me that we were in the same school systems for years and i never knew her enough to start a conversation. Took for our mutual friends to add us to a group chat. But after watching videos like this and when I found out she was ENFJ it all made sense. I hope I can get introduced to an environment as time goes on where I can likely find these relationships more often

This is funny because it’s how my (INFP) boyfriend and I (ENFJ) started to become closer. Since I tend to be very social, I was close to everyone but him so I decided to message him privately through insta stories, just occasionally commenting on some things he posts so we could get the ball rolling. At first, he was very closed off and as an ENFJ, I found it very off putting because I usually get people to open up very quickly. I took it as a sign that he found me annoying so I stopped but in the group chats, he would often @ me or tease me so I was very confused. Luckily, after a vacation with my friends, we were paired up by accident (since everyone else had a ‘buddy’ already) and we ended up connecting through that trip. We eventually became best friends, sharing everything together and he eventually opened up to me while I did later on. Most of the times, I initiated our interactions because I was fond of him already. I would say that if an ENFJ really likes you, they won’t hesitate to come running after you. But while the ENFJ will most likely try to initiate, it would be nice if you did occasionally too! Good luck
