Im with you with fake anything. Even nail polish. I can "feel" it on my nails. It feels like my nails cant breathe. Ive mentioned this to others and they look at me like im crazy and say that the nail cells are dead how can you feel it? Well i can! I cant explain why... i just can! Same with lipstick.... i loathe lipstick! I can do a tinted lip balm but lipstick is a no go!

Omg I totally get what you mean, cause even wearing makeup outside is hard for me cause it doesn’t feel like the real me and I love makeup! So it can be annoying…!

I relate to this so much. I can't do anything fake - no fake tan, fake nails, fake eyelashes. I also can't wear blazers. I have ordered and sent back blazers SO many times. I see them on other people, I love them and then I convince myself that maybe I just didn't find the right cut or colour blazer. The blazer arrives, I feel like a banker or a realtor and it goes straight back. It's just not me. I think I'm just too easy going and my style leans too effortless for a blazer, no matter how cool they look on others. And as a side note - I have the same statue-head / bust planter that you do on your shelf. Is it an INFP thing? :)

This is so me. I love either pixie cuts on myself, or really long wild hair. There’s no in between haha. Funky vintage clothes but still very mellow with it. I’m not big into bright colors but I do have a strong desire to put out a certain vibe I feel inside outwardly with my style choices. Great video !

Totally agree! I'm 33 and starting to get a few grays but not covering them. I have done away with jeans and embracing the flowly art teacher vibes 😁✨️ Also convinced my Mum to embrace her grey as she wasn't enjoying dying it, it bring out her green eyes and she's happy with it now 😊

That was validating to hear. I always thought I was a strange INFP because I am very natural, no makeup, don’t do my hair, etc. for some reason, I thought IFP’s were often very expressive with their fashion and their hair and make up so that’s cool to hear that maybe that isn’t is as common. Makes sense about the authenticity

With clothes for me I like high maintenance stuff, I like black and white I like everyday basical or fancy stuff occasional use. I can relate with your taking from certain eras and appyling it to your fashion not worried about if it’s trendy or not. Also loving an item so much on another person but knowing its not for you!! But I can’t lie I like being over the top. But in the US especially you don’t see 5’6” women wearing heels typically 😂. I’m not naturally practical with my clothes if I could be lady gaga 6 -10 days a month, I TOTALLY would just because of the work it would take. Im different from maybe a lot of Americans and infps according to what you mentioned but Im SOOOO minimal with jewelry. I don’t ever know what jewelry to wear with stuff unfortunately. And usually just wear earrings (if I remember) and thats it lol. So everyone’s different of course lol.😂 The most important thing is that my clothes aren’t hurting me (including heels) and that my clothes express a mood

When I saw you in this video, my first thought was that your wild hair are just like im wearing mine :D This sound sooo like me. I wear minimum of makeup, just mascara, eyebrows and cheeks. Never dyed my hair because its not me... And i always adore older women with longer grey hair ❤ Anyway, you are soo gorgeous and beautiful. Oh, and also i love to style my flat in eclectic style!

I did not know that this was an info thing. with make up I always told the same "I don't like to not look like myself, that's why id not wear make up". And with nail polish too lol it feels like my nails can't breathe so I stopped using it once I tried it out :D if I color hair than only hidden highlights in my favorite color(s) or a hijab in favorite nature colors. its cool to know that as infps we share certain things :)

Thats so funny. I can identify with that. Im an infp also. I have never dyed my hair and i hate fake eyelashes or nails. It just never worked like you said. And i agree it can work great on others but ive always relished in the idea of being natural. I do use make up but only to cover a bit and mascara. Thats it. 😊

What you are describing about self expression and authenticity is introverted feeling. The clothing and noticing the styles fashion of other people is extroverted sensing. You may be an ISFP. You are drawn to beauty in a a very real and SENSORY way. Look into the cognitive functions of INFP and compare it to the cognitive functions of the ISFP. Similar types but different in fundamental ways. Both types are great! Good luck on your search!

I’ve tested many times over the years I’m an INFP:) I don’t doubt they are similar tho. This video wasn’t just based on my own feelings I did research about infps and fashion and beauty:)
As an infp ,i don't like wearing make up and things that are too heavy.I like wear casual and comfortable clothes.There was one time when i wore an outfit mismatched people made rude comments it was kind of bad .But as we grow older we don't care about others that much as we used to do in the past .

Nice video, great style! I’m curious how to tell the difference between INFP and ISFP ? I’m not sure myself
@DrakesNest Жыл бұрын
From what I’ve read isfp are more spontaneous and in the moment and INFP are more dreamers about the future

Is she extroverted or outgoing? Because being outgoing and social doesn’t always equal being extroverted?

I’m very social and outgoing but I need alone time often and I’m an introverted thinker. But she could very well Be extroverted and be an ENFP:)

I have always had long or very long hair. Now I'm 46 already and still have long hair and start having gray... i hate to go to the saloon and never dyed my hair, i haven't gone for the last 5 yrs... i cut my hair mysel and it's difficult to find a saloon with vegan affordable products.. so I'm thinking of using henna. Don't like gray color on me but don't want to dye my hair... and I feel fhe pression that I should have to cut it short due to my age... can't we be like Katharine Hepburn and age like her??? Lol she was a great example not following rules and be true to herself
@DrakesNest Жыл бұрын
Your hair is stunning and in my opinion there is no age limit to have long hair:) and henna is an option just make sure it’s a good quality one because some henna products can be very drying:)

@@DrakesNest which one would you recommend me? Brand and specific product? Hey, could you tell me what hair dye you used when you had redhair? I loved so much
@DrakesNest Жыл бұрын
I work at a salon and used goldwell color, I believe I have a video all about my red color and exact formula. I believe I was a level 7-8 and it was a copper red. Every color brand and company the formula would Be slightly different but if that’s the type of red you like it’s a copper red so it’s more of an orange base not a blue red:)
