Love your channel! Could you recommend yor best video on how to sthrenghten the SCM muscles? I've always had bad posture and they're becoming stiffer and stiffer every day. Specially after being on the computer 🙏🏻

I have tear at the back of rear delt but its not showing in the MRI scan.. when i try to stretch my arm by bending 90 degree im having unusual movement in the rotator cuff. Thank you❤

Hi! I was hoping you could give me your personal opinion on a 'controversial' subject. I've seen some experts say a painful muscle is a weak muscle that needs to sthrenghten (i.e. neck muscles). But at the same time, I've seen a LOT of youtube videos where experts only focus on stretching and releasing trigger points for neck pain. But no sthrenghtening at all.

Really really good question. It isn't possible to answer this with depth over a comment reply but, I'll address the surface level ideas. Strength does not have a strong relationship with pain. That is to say, someone can be weak or strong and it does not predict how much pain they will have. In addition, if someone improves their strength, their pain may not change. Equally, someone's pain can improve without strength improving. Pain is multi-factorial.
