The arc provides a lot of strength to the swing. The arc has different settings and you can move it.

Could you show where the batteries are and how to remove them? I bought this swing from a lady.She didn't have the cord.Can I order one and where?? Your baby boy is adorable.🥰🇨🇦

The batteries are located under the panel on top where the label is in this video. You can also just power it via USB cable which is what I use. Something like this amzn.to/3jL1GzO for a 10ft cable or a 6ft. Then you will need a charger block which I always recommend people buying a 4 pack >>> amzn.to/3Vxmqs9 Hope this helps and hope your baby enjoys it as much as my baby boy does.

Do you have to have the cord? I just bought one from someone and it didn’t come with the cord and she said batteries will have it functioning the same as with a cord? Haven’t tried it yet and not sure if it’s true../

Yes, the swing will work with both cable and batteries. The cord is just a USB/USB cable like this amzn.to/3IENAKD
